One·Test™ kits In development

Soon, the power of One·Test™ right in your laboratory.

Our teams are developing a range of One·Test™ kits designed for laboratories. Our goal: replacing several separate tests with a single analysis that is simpler, faster and more complete.

Each kit is designed to fit into your current workflow and comes with access to Patho·Hunter, our analysis platform, for a clear report without bioinformatics skills.

The first kits are currently being developed and validated. They will be available soon.

Patho·Hunter Analysis platform

Your results, no bioinformatician needed. After your lab work, Patho·Hunter turns your raw data (sequencing reads) into a clear report, sample by sample. Nothing to install, no bioinformatics skills required.

  • You use a kit

    1. 1You use the kit in your laboratory.
    2. 2You sequence yourself and we run the analysis.
    3. 3You upload your files to Patho·Hunter with your personal access.
    4. 4You select the pathogens you are looking for.
    5. 5You download one report per sample.
  • You send us your samples

    1. 1You send us your samples.
    2. 2We run the complete analysis.
    3. 3You are notified as soon as the results are ready.
    4. 4You view and download your reports in your Patho·Hunter space.

What your report contains

  • Pathogens detected / not detected

  • Positive and negative control validation

  • Exportable PDF report for each sample

  • History of your analyses in your space

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything to know before you start your One·Test™ project.

Still a question? Write to us.
01What is One·Test™?

A molecular detection test you configure: you choose the target microbes, the source of your samples and the number of targets, then we build it automatically from our proprietary database.

02Which kinds of samples can you analyse?

Samples from the five One Health sectors: clinical, environmental, agri-food, animal and plant - for example wastewater, seawater, shellfish, soil or respiratory swabs. The test is configured for your matrix.

03How many microbes can a single test detect?

From a few targets to more than 1,000: bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites, as well as antimicrobial resistance genes. You set the scope in the configurator.

04How long until I get the results?

Less than 48 hours after we receive the sample, with a complete report: identification, genotyping and resistance.

05How do I start a project?

Configure your test with the express configurator, or describe your need in the contact form. Our team answers within 24 hours with a tailored proposal.

06Can your analyses be used for clinical diagnosis?

No. Our analyses are for research use only (RUO): they are not intended for clinical diagnosis.

07Do my data stay confidential?

Yes. The information you send us is used only to handle your request and your project. The details are in our privacy policy.

08What happens after the purchase?

Your results come to Patho·Hunter, our analysis platform: you upload your data there or receive our results, and download a clear report for each sample. Discover Patho·Hunter
